Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 14 days (two weeks) or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund.
If you are unable to attend the event, your ticket is 100% transferable to another person.
Unfortuantely, we are not able to offer refunds or credit towards other social events.
If this happens, your ticket will be gifted to one of our Magic Group parents, members or businesses and/or reinvested directly back into making The MGIB better for all our members.

There is no refund for change of mind.
A deposit is required to secure your place on any of our Tournaments.
Full payment is required one month prior to play with a grace period of two weeks.
Last minute changes can be invoiced on your day of arrival.
An event credit MAY be possible, please speak with our team to discuss.
